Reggie Brown competed in the 2013 Monterey Shoutout event and won first place in the Advanced MACRO Unrestricted category with a beautiful shot of a Blenny. With this 1st place he won a 5 night Lembeh Resort package and 3 night extension to Murex Bangka. He decided to bring along his wife Kari and extend their stay at Murex Bangka with 2 nights.

“Reg and I spent a wonderful 5 nights at Murex Bangka. It’s lovely simplicity and beautiful white sand beach was the perfect beginning to our diving vacation. Each night we slept to the lull of lapping waves and the wind rustling the palms. Diving with Hanny and Pim was so relaxing and exciting…..seeing sea creatures we had never seen before! All the stresses of our every day lives quickly melted away. Rosa and Linda saw to our every need on this island paradise. We will always cherish the time we spent here and will some day return!”
