We are excited to announce that on July 21st we will be celebrating Women’s Dive Day by making a special, women only, three dive trip to Bunaken!

Our “Mermaid Boat” will be departing from Murex Manado at 8.15am to make three incredible dives in the Bunaken Marine Park and Manado Bay.

As a Murex Mermaid you’ll receive a 20% discount on all guided boat dives and we’ll be serving lunch on the boat in between the second and third dives.

Bunaken Marine Park: Dive this world famous diving destination where it’s possible to lose count of the number of turtles you see in a single dive! Explore the stunning coral walls around Bunaken and swim through clouds of reef fish. Our Mermaid Boat will make two dives in this phenomenal area.

Manado Bay: Manado Bay is famous for it’s rare and unusual marine life. Take your time as you swim along the black sand dive sites hunting for critters. Look out for octopus, sea horses, nudibranch, flying gurnards, hiding crustaceans and frogfish. If you like macro photography, you’ll love Manado Bay. Our Mermaid Boat will make the third dive in Manado Bay before returning to Murex Manado Resort.

Are you new to scuba diving? No problem, you can still join us and try diving for the first time with a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience. You’ll learn some basic skills which you can try out in the comfort of our purpose built dive training pool before heading out to the ocean for your first scuba dives! We are also offering a 20% discount on all Discover Scuba Diving activities on this day to female participants.
